“Institution” means a school/college/university/organization using our services.

You must provide accurate information when submitting forms or program registrations.
You agree not to misuse the services (attempt unauthorized access, disrupt systems, scrape data, or distribute malware).
Institutions are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate permissions for data they upload or share.

3) Accounts & access (if applicable)

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of credentials and activities under your account.
We may suspend access if we detect misuse or security risks.

4) Programs, events & certificates

Program schedules, trainers, mode (online/offline/hybrid) may change for operational reasons.
Certificates (if issued) depend on attendance/eligibility criteria specified for that program.

5) Payments (if applicable)

Prices, taxes, and fees (including GST when applicable) will be shown at the time of payment.
Refunds/cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

6) Intellectual property

All content, branding, software, and materials are owned by Alumnitor or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our software/materials without written permission.
